build your own small group training. Max 4 people per group all with similar goals training together for a great workout.

Exercise Plan

small group cardio kickboxing. Participants learn to punch and kick there way into shape. Combination training on both focus pads and punching bags.

small group circuit training and cardiovascular program. Small groups allow you to get the most attention while having the motivation of working with others on your fitness goals.

 

3-6 day exercise plan based on your individual goals, schedule and lifestyle factors.

A weekly meal plan based on clients goals and needs. Nutrition is very complex. Each person has their very own goals and needs. Their own personal macro and micro nutrient needs. With a nutrition plan we can design the most optimum plan to get you the results you need.

A consultation is to asses your wants and needs and talk about what kind of plan will work best for you. From their a nutrition plan will give you all the tools you need to be successful in your nutritional goals.

Follow-Ups

Schedule as many follow ups as you think you need. This keeps a client accountable and gives them the chance to work strategies to better achieve your goals.
