I am very grateful to my daughter in law Tammy for introducing me to Jason. She said Mom he is the best at training and since I was in the Reset Challenge with USANA to win a trip to Sanoviv Medical Institute. I met Jason and I signed up to have him train me so I would win the challenge.
I looked forward to training with Jason 2 to 3 times per week. What a difference it made for me to have one on one training.
His knowledge about what to do, what to eat to make sure that the weight came off on a weekly basis. There was days when I’d be dragging once I left, my legs or arms felt like they would never be the same, and it was all in a good way. There is days when I felt I did not want to do anything and by the time I left I was happy he had pushed me to achieve my goals.
I am so very happy to say that I won one of the trips out of approximately 3,000 plus people participating and over 20,500 lbs lost amongst all of us.
I highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer, He is the very best.

I have always been fairly active doing cross fit for 2 years, but then suddenly got into a “funk”. I stopped going to the gym, had no routine, stopped meal prepping, etc. Needless to say I was unhappy with myself mentally and physically. It has always been on my bucket list to compete in a fitness competition, but never committed for many reasons, biggest one being the money part of it. I heard that a fitness competition was being held in my home town, which made the cost significantly cheaper in itself. That is when I contacted Jason Keller, owner and operator of Fit as a Fighter, with inquiries on how to go about competing in the Ironore Classic October 3, 2015. He quickly set up a meeting with me asking what my overall goal was and what it would take to achieve that goal. So in June of 2015 Jason set me up with a 16 week plan that consisted of personal training with him, weekly home based workout plans and weekly meal samples. Throughout the 16 weeks of preparing for this fitness competition, Jason was my biggest cheerleader. He requested pictures and weight every Friday morning, he would check in during the week to ensure I was feeling good mentally and physically. The days that I wanted to give up, Jason was the one to encourage me to keep going and motivating me every single day. He actually said to me at the beginning of my journey “if fever you are not doing well mentally, you call me. I don’t care if it’s 3 in the morning. CALL ME”. It got to a point where I was feeling like I didn’t want to let myself down, but most of all I didn’t want to let Jason down, as he had so much confidence in me. He did a great job in helping me attain my personal goals and in the end I looked and felt my best. I learnt so much throughout working with Jason, it was a great experience and I recommend you go see him if you also would like to be your best self mentally and physically.

I have trained with Jason on and off for several years now, and I have to say each day he becomes more passionate about what he does. With the help of Jason, I was in the best shape of my life. I set a goal and he helped me achieve it. He pushes you beyond limits you knew you had so that you can reach the goals you want. There's no easy fix, it takes hard work and dedication and with the knowledge Jason taught me, he helped me become not only healthier but stronger physically and mentally!

I first met Jason as a result of winning a silent auction bid to receive three training sessions with him. This has now turned into much more for me as I have seen amazing results both in my body strength as well mental strength.
There really aren't words to describe this man. He's tough, fit as a fighter for sure, but he knows his stuff. He upgrades constantly taking courses and can work with any age or body type. He is inspirational (from his own personal struggles), motivational and will get you the results you want.
With various exercises and routines you will challenge your body and your mind but will also always be in a realm of safety. He customizes a workout just for you and will stay with you ever step of the way to make sure you get quality results with great form.
I look forward to my workouts because I always leave a believer, pumped that anything is possible and that I am going to be the best I can be.
I am happy to endorse this wonderful man that I now call a friend.

Working with Jay was my first one on one training experience. When I first started I was self conscious and nervous about the idea of working out in front of a trainer. Worried I about how I would look, worried about how bad of shape I was in, and worried about feeling embarrassed and ashamed about my body…
It only took one session to realize that Jay was exactly what I needed to overcome my insecurities. It was one of the most difficult, and amazing experiences of my life. Jay gave me the support and encouragement I needed to realize that I was capable of changing my body in a healthy and consistent way. The workouts were perfectly designed for my body, and worked specifically with my injuries. There were definitely some days when getting to the gym was the last thing I wanted to do, but Jay was always there with a smile on his face, ready to get me through a workout.
In the 8 months of training with Jay, not only did I gain strength and endurance, I lost 45lbs! I’m so grateful to Jay for what he helped me achieve. He has the most compassion and enthusiasm for his work; he often cared about my progress more than I did. It was one of the most rewarding years of my life and I would recommend training with Jay to anyone that wants to see results.
